St Agnes-based SixTwelve Brewing have teamed up with Beer No Evil from Lonsdale to create an all-Adelaide collab of real heft. Old school hops Centennial and Chinook lead the charge in this 10.1 percent ABV triple West Coast IPA, with some Citra Spectrum (a liquid form of hops) and late additions of Strata chiming in as well.
